WHAT IF ONE OF US DOES NOT WANT TO GET SEPARATED OR DIVORCED?

Sometimes one spouse desires a separation or divorce more than the other spouse.  While it may not seem fair, in reality only one spouse need desire a separation or divorce in order for it to be inevitable.  While one spouse cannot control the other’s desire to separate or divorce, both spouses can encourage a fair and civil process for resolving issues.
